Sounds like you don’t know the technical terms =)
i would avoid doing it with my glasses. But you can if it doesn’t bring you discomfort.
When you say secondary focus… you mean looking at your finger from the corner of your eyes while your actually eyes are set on the walls?
or when you set your eyes on the wall and a second finger appears next to it to move your eyes on that finger?
so should i do this with my glasses on?
if my eyes improve, I would update it.
once your eyes are fixed (focused one the wall) it stays locked in. Use your secondary focus to form a solid finger, either left or right at one time, then alternate when you become better at it.
yeah, anything you want. using color helps with your focus.
can i use a pen or pencil to do this exercise?
No I think your supposed to focus on the wall the whole time, but in doing that there should be two fingers
Hey there,
I was wondering when you start seeing a fake finger near your real finger, do you focus with your eyes on the fake finger for a couple of min?
example schedule:
10 seconds, rest 5 minutes
30 seconds, rest 10 minutes
1 min, rest 15 minutes
1-3 min, rest half hour
5 min, rest the entire day
Depends on my comfort level, I can either start from the beginning, middle, go even higher. but I recommend a gradual process because balance exposure results in balanced vision.
Yes. it’ll be slightly difficult and tricky, but to each our own.
Yes, I believe this. This is so but you have to be extremely patient if your eyes are bad.
And one more thing, since my eyes will be changing, will I need to frequently update my prescription as this process moves along ?
Hello, I hope this works, I’ll let you know if it does or not in 3 weeks, but i have 2 questions
1. I have very bad far eyesight, and I was wondering if you believe that even someone like me (not sure the exacts of my prescriptions but let’s just say it’s not good -_-) could get 20/20 vision or possibly beyond
2. I wear glasses (I can wear contacts but prefer not to) would glasses or contacts inhibit the development of my eyes
I have a stingmatism. Can this still help me?
should you do this everyday 2-3 times for 3-5min.
subtle lighting and brighter is preferable
by exercising both, you’re recalibrating your eyes to be adaptable to both long and short distances
can i do those exercises with the lights on or off?
so the first exercise is better for improving distance vision right? and the second is for increasing near vision?
Thanks. I’ll try it.
i would say, do it for about twice a day for a week. and then once a day for about two weeks
omg…!!! i will try this, its sooo easy! thanks!
How many time per day should I do this? I wear glasses and might it be able to cure my eyes so that I do not wear glasses any more?
