Bate’s Method restores vision. I have heard this. Check this out. What about the consumption of grains, sugar, and dairy? In other words, high insuling spiking foods. Is there a connection between high blood insulin levels and bad eyesight? There is a lifestyle called Paleo that advocates a diet devoid of grain, sugar, and dairy, and apparently, all insulin-related diseases. Perhaps eyesight is one?
@Masterrunningback You just have to keep them open, train them on lots of different things, and just excercise them, then close them and put your hands on them if they hurt, it works

For some weird reason, MY glasses help me see ALL the time. I never have a span of time through out the day when they don’t completely help my eyes. Weird.
