it does help i can see the tv abit more clearly then before wow and by the way how long does it take to get 20/20 vision again

Never heard of any side effects from these exercises just positive results.
Hari, never heard of any side effects from these exercises. Re bodybuilders, they don’t get saggy muscles, they just atrophy (get smaller again). Have fun …
After many months of exercise, what happens if you stop exercising suddenly? will there be side effects?

gud one…………..but he is doing every exercise very fast…..that can harm eyes
so guys all exercises are gud but do them slowly
